My brother in law (who I bought my 54 from) pulled a radiator out of a late 80's toyota pick up and it bolted right in. I can ask him if he remembers what year it was if you need.

I used a 67 Mustang radiator for my 55 and fit really nice . Been using them for a while and you can pick them up new for a little over $100 ! Hard to beat that price for a radiator that is all metal . Remember these radiators they use in newer cars now are plastic and metal .

I got a bee cool aluminum radiator from the local parts place. It was $170 and I just needed to tig two l brackets to the side of the tanks and drill out the holes. My car never gets past 180, even in traffic.

That's a good deal. Just do not use that god awful fan. A stock fan moves a lot more cfm than an electric anyway.
