Anyone out there know of anyone making adjustable rocker arms for the 324 Olds? I am going to be running a solid lifter cam and am looking for rocker arms. Eric
Stude ones are the way to go, easy to get hold of, from memory you track dowm some 62 cad rocker shafts (the rockers fit this shaft then bore your stands to fit the shaft)
Eric, When ya gonna be back? I gotta ask ya about that Bronco rearend you where telling me about? How much? I might wanna go that way. Do you remember the gear ratio? Oh, I got some Mc Gurk adj rocker ***emblies with my motor. No you cant have them. Ha! About that rearend?
Dale you are such a tease. I will be home in time for the Portland swapmeet. The gear ratio on the rear end I was told is a 4.11 it has fairly new brakes. Eric
Shoot me a PM with which ratio you want 1.5, 1.6, 1.8. Thomas made magnesuim ones..light and cool for the day, McGurk made them in light weight iron. Are you running lightweight shell lifters, standard solids, or converted hydraulics ( with the conversion sleeves )? Pushrod length would matter on the shells vs. std. We'll be back in the shop Monday, and there's plenty on the shelf for Olds. My Grandfather used to build and race the oldsmobiles in a rail.
Hey cartoonist33 I sent you a PM. I think it sent double sorry about that. I am definately interested in what you might have. Eric
