Does anybody make a replacement trunk floor pan for a 1955 Ford Customline?

I think your going to have to find a parts car, I haven't seen any of the sheetmetal suppliers selling trunk pans. good luck.

one thing you can do is get a 67/8 mustang gas tank. it makes the floor of the trunk. you just accomplished 2 things, new floor and new tank

I don't think they do . If you have a bead roller or access to one , just buy a sheet of 18ga and roil some beads in it for strength and s***ch weld the floor in . I have made some that way and works just fine !
The only other thing is fund a floor from another car that someone makes and just cut down what you need . I know EMS makes floors for shoebox Fords so that might work as well .

  6. i have a customline that has a really really nice trunk floor but i'd hate to cut it out. i would rather just sell the car as a whole..

I like that idea from "old lady's mad" RE; 67/8 mustang tank, anyone got a picture of one installed??? It might give some needed exhaust clearance and some other advantages.

I have an excellent used trunk floor (still in the parts car) in a 55 Fordor that I would be more than happy to let you take a look at. I am located in the Winchester, Virginia area if that helps. btw, the spare tire well is ultra solid also.
