    Hello All,

Just saw this group and wanted to introduce myself. I have a '58 2-door Ranch Wagon with a 429 (out of a '70 Thunderbird w/D0VE cast heads), and a C6 trans. I'm know I'm gonna be lhanging around here a lot, and soaking up all the knowledge I can! I may even post a query or two every now and then.

    Thanks!

    Jim

Welcome from the IE. Nice looking wagon, love the 2 doors. Do you have pic other than the side shots in your other posts.

    Thanks everybody.

I'm gonna get some pics up here as soon as I can figure out how to. I tried attaching them in this post, but there's no attachment icon in the 'post reply' window (not using the 'quick reply' option), and I tried to create an album, but no luck there either. Prolly my browser. I'll try later on my laptop at home.

Welcome to the group! I really like the 58 body style, but then again I could be biased...

Thanks for the compliments everyone. It's a good, solid driver with no real issues. Pretty rust-free, and mechanically solid. The suspension, brakes, and engine electrical have all been gone over and redone, along with new valve stem seals (she smokes a tiny bit, I'm hoping that will fix that because I'd hate to have to replace the rings.....).

All in all, it's a blast to own and drive.
