Thanks for all the suggestions guys,
no thanks for the sheep humour...you are a bunch of freaks.:D
Shame Ill miss the pomona swap..dont think well be back to Cal. by then, but the roadster show will be on the list!
Not sure if will get time to go up to S.F.,but definitely will hit highway one-oh-one up the coast if i can.
Feel a bit disorganised in that i dont really have solid plans, but i guess its a good way to go.
Im gonna bring an old wide angle camera and take LOTS of B&W film..
will bring the digi too and try and do a little diary of the trip..NO photos of my tour guide though...shes a little camera shy....

Of course, ya know you'll have to eat some REAL Messican food while in our area. Got some good stuff in Texas too.

Also, after your trip, let me know if you can tell the difference between your pics of Odessolate, Texas, Okalhoma and Bakersfield. It's well known fact that Okies can vote in Bakersfield elections.

Have fun in Texas, and for Gods sake go take in some REAL country music.

If you're going to the beach, go to Crystal Cove. Venice or Long Beach are NOT recommended.

Nice looking machine. Good on ya.

Another deal happening during the time you are here is the Ranch Run on Saturday 1/14. A 90 mile run through the mountains between LA and San Diego for '54 and earlier machines, ending with a BBQ at Jim Benitez' place over looking Valley Center. Always a great time.

Seems its gonna be a busy trip!
FYI the shipping runs about US$2300 all up, but then have to pay 10% on the whole price incl. car and shipping to the ****holes in canberra.
The ranch run looks like a blast! but again, i dont think I could be back in time for that..will still be in texas on the 12th at least.I should have looked into what was on and planned around that before i bought tickets...oh well.

HEH! You 2 just made me spit water. THAT is funny. *snort*. In order for him to be a sheep he would have had to follow the herd. Meandering around with his head up his *** does not count.

edited: I was just let in on some sheep info...that **** is STILL funny.

  23. Very nice Ben, Lucky *******. Enjoy the trip, fill the container and make the most of it. I only went interstate to get mine and I thought that was fun. Man would I kill to be in your shoes!!!! :D :D

Can't wait to see that in person....

oh ****.....now Im in trouble:D .........a bush pig is a um...a real dirty, smelly, big tusked, fartin, swearin, non religous, good old fashioned, wild hog....except BIGGER and they roam the bushland in N.S.W. They have been known to kill pigdogs{bull terriers} with a flick of their head..........sort of that deliverance "squeal like a pig boy" thingy................and there is another meaning but I cant say it due to my total lack of being a male shovanist...........:D Bert

Congrats on the car purchase. You and Brandy are going to have a GREAT time traveling across the southwest in it. Make sure you two bring along Brandys HAMB Helper pages in case you need ***istance. Oh yeah, the Grand Canyon is a must if you've never been. Looking forward to your travel updates.
