Does anyone have info on an outlet for blank gauge panels for the 56. Would like to mount two 5 inch multi gauges in one. Thanks for any help in advance.

There was a company on ebay that had a new gauge panel with Dolphin gauges. Not exactly what you are looking for but it is the only insert I have seen. The ad is expired so you will have to check through their store.

With some time you could always make your own ( I did that and have seen others). Depending on style you could use engine turned plate for example. I bought a second gauge pod and modified it to fit my gauges. I can't seem to find a picture of mine.

They make fibergl*** inserts for the 56 F100 but I am not sure about p***enger cars. You could try Docs Kustom Fibergl*** to see if they do.

Do you think there is enough room for two large gauges to begin with?

I've never seen a blank gauge panel but Dolphin gauges offers one to fit 5 gauges here and there is a guy on YouTube who will plasma cut one for you here.
Post some pics of your car and be sure to share what you find on dash panels.

Just found a decent picture of the Dolphin panel.

The ebay seller I posted above used to have that picture in his store but it is no longer there.

Thanks guys! Just from prelim measurements it looks like the two five inch multi gauges will just barely fit. Have a friend who just put two in a 53 Chevy and they looked good to me. Will post some pics when I get-r-done.

I made my own :) I did it out of stainless the first time thinking I would engine turn it, but I just made another one out of steel so it will paint easier. I had found the ones posted above when I needed one, however the smaller 4 gauge holes were not the correct size for my gauges so if you buy one check on that.

I took a large piece of construction paper and made a template. Then I put that template on a piece of poster board and traced it, cut it out. Copy that to steel and cut it out. On the latest on I used a grind and cutoff wheel, worked good, if you can hold steady. Once painted noone knows its there.

I also drilled 3 small holes in the top to and used LED lights for blinkers and high beam.

Looks good. If it is not raining I will post a picture of mine now that I am home. I used acrylic(?) plastic. My plan was to put LED's in the bottom to give it a light glow. Like everything else it was never finished. lol But my point is you can make them out of anything.

I got and installed one of the ebay sets, was planning to paint it before install but ran out of time. I may still paint it but I dont think it looks too bad.
