Has anyone replaced a turn signal switch in your 52-54? if so, what did you use?
I found this part number (B5A-13341-A) but it's not the same as the original switch. I doesn't have the position peace on the side of the switch housing.

Here is a photo where someone had the same issue on another site, but they didn't have a fix for it.

Thanks, I thought for sure there would be a replacement part for this though.

I third Jeff and ol lady's mad. You might find an original used one somewhere but who knows what you will get with that. The original one in my car was redone poorly (at some point in the past) with no concern for color codes.its for sale..;)

There is a replacement for this. You can get it from C&G Early Fords. The part number is B5AZ-13341-A. It is $60.00 for the part and it has the cloth wiring if you are looking for original type of parts. It pretty much replaces the entire thing, here's a picture;[IMG]

man I wish I had known about that part from C&G a few months ago! I installed a generic replacement switch from Concours; it's not an exact fit and you have to hold the lever in position (up or down) for it to work.
