Sorry but another dumb Welding question.

Is this a real victor outfit? If it is why is it so cheap? is there anything i should know about it? I just wanted to get some advice, before i waste money.

It looks just like the one in my welding supply store but I never priced it.

 

ok, I called a dealer on the phone, he told me they had a victor proline, but he has a victor style proline Kit. Anyone have any expierience with these?
