    Hey All,

Been a while since I posted, just got my Y block set in my 53' and running, I'll post some pics/vid soon.

I need to put a new windshield in my 53' and am wondering if Dennis Carpenter is the best place to get the rubber seal?

There are a few companies that have them. Who did you guys go with?

Mine doesn't have the stainless trim. I just want to make sure I get the easiest fit.
I'll probably call a gl*** company to put it in.

    Thank you,

    -Johnny

Dennis Carpenter has slipped on quality and is now using some products that are outsourced from China and India sadly most of the vendors we had listed will be supplying folks with Carpenters products.Steele Rubber products are all made in house in the USA the cost is slightly higher but well worth it.http://www.steelerubber.com/

I used Dennis Carpenter about a year ago for my windshield. I did have a window guy install it and it all went well. I didn"t notice any made in China notices...would be a little bummed if it were so. It looks good...
