Some old pics

My dad just got a slide scanner and started scanning a bunch of old pics from his childhood. I thought I'd share a couple. All were taken in Dallas.

The first pic is my dad and uncle, who are now 62 and 61 respectively, in about 51-52. The front car was my great-uncle's Dodge and the back car was my grandfather's 50 Chevy.

The second pic is my grandfather's used car lot in about 59-60. What a nice line up of cars!

The third pic is the first new car my grandfather ever bought: 1960 Pontiac Bonneville. Also the first car he bought with a/c--it was Dallas, after all, and hotter'n a sumbitch in the summer.
