I've been on the HAMB a little while but just joined the social club. I have had my eye on this 53 Pan am race car and found out that it was for sale. It's a cool daily driver. Maybe a little tacky and over the top but so am I. I got so excited to join and post pics that I forgot to do a proper introduction. She's got a 68 302 and AOD in her now which is kind of nice but I'm an old flathead fool. I'm considering a swap. At least to start working on the flatty now and drop in when I wear out the 302. ****s to pull out a good running motor with high compression and a small cam. Thanks for having me.

Welcome from So Cal. Nice looking car, not tacky at all, just make sure you're running open headers.

Welcome to the group from NorCal. I always wanted a 50's Pan Am or a Nascar Ford.
