I just got word tonight from my sister that my Mom is in the hospital and is not doing very well at all . She is 81 and is having some serious health problems and doesn't look very good right now . We think she has had a heart attack and also has a bad kidney invention and also has some fluid in her lungs . She can only say a single word every now and then but is not awake most of the time . She is in Elkton , MD and I am 2.5 hours away right now . I am going to the hospital this weekend . All I am really asking is that can any one out there , Please give a prayer for my Mom . That's all I can ask for at this time . I am very grateful for all the thoughts and prayers you can give to my Mom . My post got DELETED from the main board !!!!! I have seen these posts for the last 7 years and many from their own friends but now they deleted my post and said to read the rules ! Then they said there is a church forum for that ! Has this forum gotten this bad that we can't ask for something as simple as that anymore ? It's fine when they did and have an auction or something to help out their friends . Sorry to blow up but this HAMB has really been going down hill over the past year or so . Jim

There is more to it Jim,the amount of HAMB members has increased a ton over the last few years Ryan and his crew had a lot of complaints about the main board running slow so in order to streamline things they are hoping to move some topics to Social Groups which is why I posted your link here in the HAMB Chapel.Another thing that is causing a slowdown is overcrowded mailboxes so if you guys have a lot of old stuff from pms in your mailbox please delete the stuff you don't need.

Jim, Love ya Buddy. Let's look at it this way brother,... your here with others who are willin' to support ya & bless you with a bit of comp***ion. How neat is that? Sometimes God has a way of puttin' us right where we need to be. What a blessing it is for me my Man, I don't really get to read much of the main board,... but now I can pray for ya! God is great. As far as the folks mediatin', hey man,... they're just a dude tryin' to do a job. Forgive 'em, love 'em & pray for 'em. Christ would have done no less. We are promised a bit of(& I use this very, very loosely) persecution,... as people in this life we will often hurt one another. It's not cool, but it happens. We're here for ya bro,... ... let's pray. Blessed Father, We praise You for Mom so very much right now. Lord, we humbly gather together & lift her gently up to You. Lord, You alone know her needs. Father,... may You touch her body with healing & grace. May You bless the hands of the caregivers & soften the hearts of the family & friends that will rally round her as she receives the care she needs. Lord, we do not know why these things happen,... but we know that You alone are in control. May Your Holy Spirit be a comfort at her bedside & may the strength of Your Son Jesus fill her bones. Lord, ultimately we ask that Your will be done & that You might give us the wisdom to understand your purpose. Father, there is only one way & that's thru Jesus. We ask for Mom to have a blessed relationship with You thru Your Son. Lord, we also lift up Brother Jim right now and ask that You would touch his broken heart in this his hour of need. We praise You Lord that he was sent this way, even if it isn't right. Lord You have a purpose in his life & we ask that You might manifest that light of Christ in his life. May You be a blessing to his family, may You fill his home with laughter & joy. May You meet all of his financial needs in full & may You bless daily his comings & goings. Lord, may You soften his heart to forgive quickly & be slow to anger as is written in Your word. May as a Christian family, may we be here for one another always, regardless the cir***stance. Lord, finally,... we lift up the folks who run the HAMB. Lord, we praise you that there is this small little corner that You have carved out for us to share You. Lord, we know that man needs You & that without You we are truly lost. May You pour out Your many blessings upon the folks in charge. Lord, we ask that You would heap there store houses full & that there cups will over run with blessings. may You toch their own lives & families in such away that makes them want to share the grace & peace You have given them with others. Lord, may the whole entirity of this vastly diverse community know who You are. Not for our purpose,... but in meekness of heart Lord,... for to glorify You. Lord, may we not be ashamed of the gospel of Your name, but may we also not be so heavenly minded that we are no earthly good. Praise You Lord! ... & in the name of Jesus, we ask all things, Amen.
