Anybody watch that episode this past Monday? I just caught up on my DVR last night and saw the '55. Turned out pretty damn cool in my opinion.
Casey had already done a lot of the mechanical work and upgrades and basically lacked the funds to finish the car. Always ironic to me that the carpenter is the one with the house falling apart and the landscaper is the one with the weeds growing to his waist or in this case, the paint and body man whose car needed bodywork and paint. To me, the only thing the car was missing was a set of lake pipes and it would have been perfect.
It certainly turned out nice. I am doing my 55 colonial white so it was good to see what it should look like.
