I gave mine away to the first person that would come pick it up and that took 6 months.

Hello All, well the 223 is still in the wrecking yard 1955 Country Sedan I just got. There's lots to like about the wagon but I was going to out the engine -matching numbers and all.
It was built in San Jose but has found it's way to Canada as we say around here "imagine that". Im going to drive it and race it in some form so the 223 won't do.I really like the car I think it will be a long term keeper.

While back a friend of mine had a 223 w/3 speed out of a 57 truck he wanted gone. I picked up Friday after work posted it up on the main board as a "Zapato Friday Night Freebie'' and a fellow Hamber coming up from Cal to visit his son in Portland brought a trailer and we loaded it up Sunday afternoon. Trying to remember it all, think he was from Sacramento area and was working on a 56 car plan was to use this one temporarily and rebuild his original.

There's always a home for these if the price and location is right.
