Pete and Jakes sells one for the 800 Saginaw box, same spline as the Jeep box.
It can be heated and bent to the shape of the original Ford pitman arm.

There should be a Ford part that fits. I always loosen the big nut before I remove the gear box, its hard to hold otherwise.

I would check with Borgeson. They include one with their power steering conversions but I don't know if it can be purchased individually.

I used the original pitman arm for my Delphi conversion. The splines will need re cutting/ resizing to suit the delphi box. One common method is to expand the spline end by pressing in an old piece of Delphi shaft into the heated pitman arm using a press and gas torch. I created a male spline from copper and used EDM (diesinking) to form the splines. This is probably OTT for most applications.
Using the original arm give correct geometry and clearance.

You can use the splined shaft out of an old Saginaw box when heating and expanding the splines in an original pitman arm, the method mentioned in the above post.
GM Saginaw boxes are the same spline as the Jeep box.
