1952-59 Ford Car Show today

Went to a local car show today in Riverside with Jeff (meknow63) and his wife Lena.



It was a pretty good show though a lot of the cars weren't hamb friendly. Naturally I forgot my camera but here are a few shots I took with my iPhone.

Here's a nice little 55 Fairlane running a supercharged 272 with 3 deuces and a 4 speed.




A nice 57 Fairlane 500.

Palm trees, flowers blooming, clear blue skies, and some of us are looking foreward to six more weeks of winter. Stupid groundhog.

 

Nice looking cars, I was at a show in Lake Havasu yesterday, not a y-block in the place. Next weekend is the Rockabilly Reunion in Lake Havasu, lotsa cars and there will be a couple Vicks and Mercs there, nice respite from the Wisconsin weather.
