COE is a 48 f-6 ford coe the same cab size as a f-1

can anyone help me ! is the windows and the air vent the same on a f1 as a f6 and someone said the ser.# is on the front cross member, any place I should look. any help would be appreciated

 

Yes, the cabs are the same except for the lower doors, floor and firewall. Serial number should be on the front cross member or frame nearby. Might need a flashlight and a wire brush to find it.

 

F5 and F6 in the conventional cab had wider front fenders.
