COE upper door hinge 49 chevy coe

I'm looking for a right site upper door hinge for my 49 chevy coe.
Nearly impossible to find here in the netherlands so I was wondering couldn't it be possible to use the pick up hinges?

Anyone any thought about this?

Thanks for de reply kiwiwilly, btw supertruck you have, I know that the coe's have different hinges. I have the left one and if it's not to expensive I will have to let a ironshop make a right one.

My thought was that if it is possible to use top hinges from a pick up that would be nice and gives a clean look.
