Hey all.. the H.A.M.B has been recommended to me by a fellow petrol head, and since my latest project will require lots of help/knowledge from other good folks, I've signed up....

So, I'm putting together my interpretation on a 1947 Allard, which has a 100 inch wheelbase and short ch***is and is currently to the early cars 'J' spec. How it will end up looking is still very much in my drawing pad, but I'm very taken by the look and somewhat 'art deco' flavour of the Baldwin-Payne special of the same year. So my car will very much be an Allard Special with plenty of hot rod spin : )

I have most of the original car components, so I'm hoping from a rolling ch***is perspective I should have her on wheels quite soon...

Anyways, here I am , and looking forwards to talking with some of you.
    I'm Mark, handle : v8skid.
