Anyone have a min to photo shop my project ...I don't have the skills
Maybe dark blue with white scallops
?
Black ?
Just dark blue maybe with white bumpers?

I'll give it a shot but that's a pretty small image to try and work with. Nope, this one is beyond the scope of my talent/time
