Hot Rods Need help for 2 bolt carb adaptors

Looking to adapt my 3 bolt holley 94s to a 2 bolt offy intake with 3 carbs any help would be great. I tried to search but not much luck. THANKS

 

Get them from Summit racing.

 

Do you happen to know the part # alot of their adapters have no image or good description

 

Sure do...it's a Trans Adapt kit #2125. Comes with all hardware and gaskets. Very universal.
