Holy ****, blown big block. Might as well put a coffin on there for a body, just to save a step later.

It looks like some kind of stock spindle turned upside down and swapped side to side and the rest look like home made parts.

I would say its time to start all over and just get rid of all of it.

As previously stated, this set up is junk and will never handle the blown big block this customer has to have! We just bench race about **** and are trying to find the origin of this kooky at best front suspension.

I seem to remember something like this from a company called Maas, or something similar. Opel components if I remember correctly. They had one version that used the stock Opel stamped arms and lower cross spring, then this one that was their custom tubular unit.

I don't know what the parts came from . I say it was meant for a light VW type buggy as it looks to have some long suspension travel.

That belongs in the s**** bin, after you cut it up, so no other fool uses it.

The geometrics of the thing may be fine, but the heft isn't there. I'm always interested in seeing different designs and articulating them in my brain. This one may just work OK. Would probably be fine in a very light car (Anglia?) with a small 4 above it.

  21. Remove the tie rod ends, thread a rope through the holes and get your buddies to push you around in the car park after some brews.

  22. Probably a Lotus prototype and worth more than you and your ten best friends! That being said, I wouldn't put a blown big block above it.

Reminds me of Mustang II design, I also have issue with strength but it unknown what it is made of.
I have seen drag cars with 3/8" heims on the four bar front and Hose clamps holding engines in fuel cars so...............

Much like playing "what did I have for lunch?"

I could poop in a box and you could guess tacos..... but either way, in the box, and on that frame is just poop.

Might work fine or a 4banger, or ATV motor. Blown big block, I'll p***.

It does look like a variation of a Mustang II with that single lower arm and lower arm strut. Probably work OK if it was built of heavier components.

Whoa! Wait a second guys. That isn't necessarily s****. I could use some of those components on a small cargo trailer I have in mind for pulling behind my T. (about the size of a large trailer for behind a motorcycle.) But then, I don't plan on hauling around a running fat block in it, either.
