New database not letting me reply

Help - anyone else having trouble managing way through the new website design?
Finally figured out where/how to log in for a reply to an ad (Stude fins), but got only,
"You have insufficient privileges to reply here"
?!?!??? Am I not cool enough? What up?

It might be something else though-- a glitch the boys are hopefully working on? I get the same message when I tried to reply to a posting on a social forum that I've been a member of and posted on prior to the updates.
But, yeah- you haven't been allowed to post on peoples ads for a while.

 

I don't think you can reply to an add, only private message as not to bump the ad to the top.

 

I don't want to sound like a whinner, but I have not had any posts or comments on my project thread since you rebooted up? Am I doing something wrong, or is it not in the right spot, or is it just that nobody loves me anymore? I 'm a big boy, I can take it, but I don't know the answer, can you guys help? It's the "my first attempt at a g***er" thread

I too have problem how do you pm somebody back plus can not fine my old posting what I had for sale Rog help would be nice

 

Look through the tutorials...everything is there - step by step directions.

 

..................I'm pretty sure all old ads got deleted so things could start out fresh with the new format. You will probably just have to re-post the stuff you have for sale. Include pictures and they will now show up in place of your avatar pic with your ad.....Great new feature!

Well, aren't I embar***ed? Now that I got the tutorial out of the way, I like the new scene. Icons had me baffled, thought it was just border decorations. ha! Old people! sheeesh, ya gotta watch us every minute.
