I am installing Vintage Air Unit for heat and Air.
I need a cleaner under the hood space and want to know if anyone has removed the fresh air tunnels from each side of the engine compartment. I have some Photos.
Input from someone who has done this please. How did tunnels attach to apron etc. Photos would be great.

  3. I removed mine and made up covers which conceal my washer bottle on one side.

It is cramped but I left mine alone. Did Vintage air, and a small radio.

I left them in our '54 Wagon,,I just thought it looked appropriate to leave them in place, HRP

Great place to run AC refrigerant lines, electrical etc, if not using the fresh air feature or maybe you can.
