well this is one project ive let go on for way to long. about 2 years now. yesterday i had my buddy come back out to motivate me again. the gl*** is back in place and all channel fits and looks good. still need to finish up my inside trim and door panels but at least the hard part is done. ive read different ways of attaching the wisker strips to the door and i wound up going with his method. tiny pop rivets, to me the only way to go. bending up the universal gl*** run stuff was a real pain but with the help of an old school guy it can be done.
well............ the camper belongs to my mother inlaw. and i knew it was a bad idea for her to buy it much less to come to my place for a rebuild. needless to say the camper went home and we aint exactly talking now. ahh the best years since ive known her, lol.
