What steering wheel is this?

Like the title says what is this wheel off of? I got it for $20 just because it wasn't all cracked and kind of looked cool. Also can I get a new center for it?.

Nice score for 20 bucks...and that's a '59/'60 wheel as Arkiehot rods has affirmed...what hasn't been answered is yes, you can get a repro center piece for it...I believe Ecklers or Classic Industries can supply one for you...but it's going to cost you a lot more than what you paid for the wheel...
