Does anyone know if the 47-53 chevy suburban frames are the same lenght as the 47-53 chevy truck frames?
I was told by a friend that owns a suburban that they are...just a few extra body mounts that the pickup does not have... Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
Look it up.... http://chevy.oldcarmanualproject.com/parts/1929_54/index.htm says the 47-53 half ton frames are all the same.
Yes same chassis. 4 body mounts is difference, which the holes are in the truck chassis for. I couldn't locate a suburban chassis so I bought a truck chassis and hunted for the mounts Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
