I just did a 48 f2 pickup body transfer onto a 95 fullsize ch***is with a 2000 lm7 5.3 and 4L60e trans. It worked out good. I have pics floating around on here if you look up my posts in my profile.

Awesome project though, I wish I could have found a COE cab.

Got the motor on the stand...cleaned off the injection and started to pull apart...sending heads out for a quick valve job, mainly to reseal everything, it ran fine....

Going to knock off from the garage tonight....got the 1950 COE cab mounted steering column thanks Jonathan Riggs in and the new joints all installed, cleaned out the cab and getting ready to do what little rust repair I have to do.....then....mount and fit front end, install gl*** and then....re install the 454 and TH400 then have a drive shaft made up.....stay tuned, be driving it soon!! Nice having a milling machine in the garage, makes making the mounts pretty easy.....

COE work continues....Welded up front window area that was rusted away, used pieces from the GMC donor truck, Tom Ratliff and I installed the new Tinted rear window and new rubber....smoothing out the insides a bit before I install the new front tinted window and all new tinted side gl*** as well.....look close in the last picture above, you can see missing channel in front window....due to rust..

Need to raise some funding for the Trans-Dapt Motor & Trans mounts....maybe next week......
