Does anyone know of where you can have tail light/back up light lens manufactured if you have one good lens. I saw on American Restoration where they were using some type Cyrillic plastic to make lens.
    Thanks

I think people are using 3D printers with Acrylic rod to print lenses now but I don't know of anyone offering the service.

.............................It's just amazing to think that this is even possible now. As little as 10 yrs. ago this would have been science fiction.

I remember the first crude 3D printing processes being demonstrated in the mid-'90s.

Dale McSHANE is great to deal with. Here's some examples of his work.

I saw this come up when I was looking around the other day. This is probably the best way to go as the desktop 3D printers aren't super precise yet and tracking down the right material to run through one would probably be an issue. If you have or can get a hold of a usable lens to make the mold from anyway/

D&D Automobilia can recast the lens. They recast steering wheels also. Check them out on Goggle. They are located in Mt Airy, NC.
