I feel your pain, HRP. I took an early ride yesterday, to beat the rains. Today, clouds are threatening again, so I spent the morning shining and polishing. Then, some chores inside. Rain is a roadster guys worst enemy. Sunny skies predicted for tomorrow.
Yep, weather has been strange this year...first time in a very long time that Denver, ColoRODo has had a wet rainy 4th of July...usually it's triple digit temps and sunshine... R-
Obviously,my play on words was not perceived to be humorous as I had intended. It is bad when you intend to be funny and spell the word wrong.. the word was intended to be wetter,, HRP
Danny, it was that deep in parts of the Knoxville Dragway pits last Saturday. It was ankle deep at the Moonlighter tent. We were concerned about a possible flash flood, and would have been headed to higher ground if the downpour hadn't tapered off when it did. I suppose the good Lord decided that watering the plants and crops was more important than a few old loud cars running down the strip. --- Steve ---
What's a weater? Sounds a little ****ographic to me ( then again most things do).I saw a thread on here about cleaning whitewalls, but that's a bit extreme don't you think?( they DO look really good though). All seriousness aside, I think lately the WEATHER has ****ed EVERYWHERE! If I didn't have a garage to hide in ,I'd be totally bonkers by now!
4th of July ,82, 25% humidity during day, that night, needed a small jacket Great weather!! especially for Bama in July
