What a great picture ! Just sent it off to Donny Cavanaugh. Donny still owns a T-Bucket today(don't think it is the same one, but could be) along with another 1/2 dozen Hot Rods. And Timmy Carrol's son still has his dad's 34.

  2. It isn't the same car Baron. His first one had a 392 Chrysler Nemi and was unique in that instead of a grille shell he just polished the radiator. When I striped it the color was Cadillac Firemist Green.
The latest one sits considerably lower and has(I believe) a small block Chevrolet. It is black and Kelsey painted the flames and I striped it when I was back for one of the Ty-Rods shows.

Johnny Cimon from Peabody showed up at Christy's the other day with his shoebox 50 ford he has owned since the late 50s. Christy remembers that back then it had quad headlights. Johnny's sister backed into it in the early 60's and it sat for many years. It is back !! Is that a Chevy rear window ??

  4. Looks like they grafted a 53-54 Chevy rear top section to the car. I must confess I don't remember ever seeing this car. The Edsel wagon taillights I have seen on shoeboxes before but the one I saw was a convertible. Whatever the case it is a nice looking custom.
