History What car is this?

    pict 0003.jpg I'm trying to ID this year, make and model. My Dad thinks is belonged to a relative who was a doctor in M***achusetts about 1930. The grille has me stumped.

    looks like a Franklin. the circular section at the base of the grille is distinctive of a Franklin. they had a pretty good run for a large aircooled car.

    1927 or '28 Franklin Sport Coupe, ch***is 12A or 12B? Thank you, gentlemen.

    This is a Franklin series 12A coupe. HRP

  6. It looks like a 1928 Model12B Standard Coupe (three-person coupe), but I am not an expert on these cars so this is at least something to work from.
