Hot Rods 30 model a build plan

I have been thinking of building a 30 hotrod for few years now.

finally I bought a 30 coupe .
this is what i have in mind .
30 coupe chopped 3" , 3" channeld .
Boling brothers 2-8 frame.
272 y block or 289
t5 tranny
wide 5 wheels
32 dash
9" rear end
32 grill
i prefer to use hood , so i can register the car.
I don’t want to modify the firewall .
no previous experience with hotrods what so ever,
restored 67 mustang eleanor replica , 65 fastback , 66 lincoln .
help appreciated

Sounds like a good plan with the right parts.. I like hoods...

 

To get the engine to fit you may be able to flip the firewall backwards but I am pretty sure the chassis will have to be stretched, so you are going to probably have to fab up your own hood.
