  2. no , i don't know anything about it....but now i'm curious to know more too. how can something like that just get abandoned? did you open the hood and see what it has for a motor?

    No motor or radiator. You can see light through the grill, out the right fenderwell.
    It is a curious though, and should get checked out.

  6. Well I don't know a damned thing about that car but I would sure like to. Like where in the woods and etc. That is one of my wife's favorite MOPAR body styles.

    Someone mentioned how it could be discarded like that. That was common in that era. It was just a race car and when it became un competative, or outlawed or just out of style they got dumped. they were not "nostalgic" yet.

    I didn't find it. it was on face book in some photos.i have no idea where it is. I figured a hamber would have info on it. they usually do work miracles !

    I have a buddy that just bought one , cept its a 4 door. was a staff car at fort Jackson. its in great shape. 6 cyl. 3 speed. even has the big antenna and some of the faded lettering on the doors.

    I posted this on Moparts as well. The general consensus was that this is an image that's been out there on Facebook and/or Craigslist for a while. While nobody knew any specifics on the car, one person who replied says he has a "back in the day" photo of it. IF he manages to find and post that, I'll be sure to post it here.

    Don't know anything about the car but it is pretty cool looking. Like ****** mentioned cars got dumped like that back then. I dumped a 63 1/2 Ford in the early 70's like that. Still kickin' myself over that one.
