Who makes a shifter taller than 16" for the T5? That is the tallest one I can find through Lokar.

Here is a T5 shifter with a 39' swan neck handle. I found out the thread on a stock T5 shifter, bought the appropriate nuts and welded them to the bottom of the swan neck. Had it sent off to the chromer done.

I might add that it would be to your advantage to change the pivot pin heigth of the shifter. I moved mine up 1" and machined up a 1" spacer for the stock T5 shifter plate. You can also buy the spacer thru the aftermarket. If you don't do this especially with a longer shifter arm it'll be like your rowing a boat going thru the gears.

I cut the bottom of the T5shifter off, drilled & tapped it. Cut the bottom of a model A shifter off, drilled and tapped
the upper part. Joined them with a length of allthread after I chamfered both pieces. Then welded. Worked for me

Ditto for the above. I extended the stock handle by threading a 1/2" bolt into it. Mine was only about 16" but I could have made it much longer if I'd wanted.
