The shop has never been compatible by phone, but here is the fax number
707-838-6065. He did retire earlier this year though. here is the number for so-cal Sacramento(916) 924-9744 they seem to have a lot of vern's stuff on the eBay. So they may be able to help

 

You don't call Mr Tardel you fax him. His fax number can't be that hard to find.

called so-cal Sacramento and they did not have a front mount generator bracket like the old Weiand one

 

If he hasn't faxed you back he is too busy to answer the phone. Remember the Tardels come from a time when you wither made hot rod parts or sent a check or money order through the mail to a catalog or speed shop and waited for it to clear and then your part to be shipped. Patience is part of hot rodding.

He'll get back to you, he is a good businessman and an all around good egg.

Good luck! I live in Santa Rosa and Vern and I have been friends for 45 years and I don't even has his number. But... I think I have a Weiand front generator mount at home. I will check and if I do I will PM you. By the way, if you can't catch up with Vern call Socal Sac and they will probably have them.
