  3. You know Chris, if you keep doing this, you'll get good at it one day. ;)

And I'd just like to say, there's only one problem, the steering wheel is on the wrong side.:D

hi Chris, I really like what you've done with your roadster, loads of neat touches and the colour is great. I have the same engine(ish)283)/gearbox (T5 from S10)to put in my model A. did you need any adapter or spacer to mount your motor and gearbox together? Chris.

  8. THAT is frekin' bad azz !! One of my favorite colors on a rod. Awesome stocks of this and that around...but you may wanna' patent that one. Beautiful color. You have obviously been around the mixing part for a while.

Built a quick transmission tunnel out of aluminum.
Minimalistic approach but it's gonna work.

My friend Kevin (Kiwi Kev), was kind enough to punch some louvers in my aluminum hood top today. I just love the shape of the dies he made.

  13. It's a great bizarro universe for you.....hell, I blinked twice, had a meal, and took a nap. You get a trans tunnel, and a louvered hood.........I shoulda' mowed my grass I guess. Wouldn't have felt as guilty as I do now. Diggin' your show., brother. Roll on.

I love your earlier rounded style louvers. I think they look so cool compared to the modern squared cheese-graders.

Do you guys allow old roadster drivers from Texas to visit your shop? We are coming out to El Mirage in a month or two, and would like to stop by and see your stuff. Alan Budnik, Terry Hegman, Kiwi Kev, and Sid Chavers are also on our list to visit. This trip will help fullfill my bucket list. We are driving our red '32 Highboy.

  24. Those goats are doing a bang-up job, you ever consider renting them out?

    Can't wait to see more!

Very, very nice car. I love the color. Needs a white tonneau cover, a white steering wheel and a low and laid back windshield

I plan on chopping and leaning the stock windshield, but I want to wait until I have my seat all done. I'd like to whack 6"+ out of the height, have a top and a tonneau cover. I have yet to see an aesthetically pleasing roadster top on a 28-29 roadster, they all seem to tall.
Here is the Orr 32 roadster. I like how the top is, on that one and I'm gonna try to get that look on my roadster.

I plan on an off-white tonneau cover in addition to a top.

I hear ya on the top. There's days I wish I had one. But if it ain't right, it ain't right. I'll suffer.

That's EXACTLY how I want my top! Love it. Seems difficult to get a good top on a 29 roadster, the body seems to hate them. Seen very few that I've actually liked...
