Splitting Ford 226 exhaust manifold

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Donald N Wemple Jr., Jan 17, 2011.

  1. Hi. Looked at an old thread and Mike Yoder came up as Kansas Kustoms for a guy doing it. I called and his phone and e-mail is out of service. Does any one know if he still does this or anybody else? Thanks Don.

If its made of cast iron or aluminum he will weld it.

  9. I believe Clark at Porter Mufflers does manifolds. He's Porter Man here on the board and if he turns manifolds around like he does his mufflers you'll have it back in no time. http://www.portermufflers.com/

  10. Hi. Had the Ford 226 Exhaust Manifold split at Aluminum Head welders in Wa. Guy did a great job. Wanted to let the HAMB folks know. Shipping was a killer but he is on the opposite coast! Thanks Don.

  13. Hi, Got a minute to send this out. Exhaust Manifold was split three and three by Dave Day Aluminum Head welders. Did a great job. Motor is going into two man big car from the late 1930's era. Engine has Delta cam , Aluminum timing gear, lightened flywheel, milled head, dual point distributor and dual carb intake. Almost done and motor will be ready to fire up! Will send more photos when it is in the ch***is this summer. Thanks, Don

I know this post is old, but I am looking for someone to split my 40 Chrysler manifold. Is the guy still willing to split some? Let me know. Thanks![IMG]
