I still have a HAMBANDY timing tag that will go on my roadster somewhere. I didn't have anything to give, but he was an inspiration.

I have a Hambandy memorial br*** tag on my dash. It will be on my dash, well forever as far I'm concerned.

Thanks for this post remembering Andy. Every time I see that smile on his face it makes me proud to be a part of the HAMB community. RIP good buddy.

I can't believe that it has been this long that Andy has been gone. What a inspiration he was to everyone. I will never forget the morning I got on the hamb and they said he was gone. I couldn't even breath for a minute. He will never be forgotten.

I think of Andy quite often, especially when I'm having a challenging day dealing with my own illness and the struggles of life. That young man has provided so much inspiration, it can't be measured. Thanks for posting these photos, it's good to see Andy's ride out and about.

As I remember it, Junkyard Dog32 (Joe Norris) from Hayward Wi. that started that thread that led to the HambAndy saga.

Thanks for that Joe, wish you were still active here.

Such a very special young man who continues to serve as an inspiration for so many. I came across my Hamb Andy T shirt the other day when I was sorting through my all too many hot rod shirts and had to take a moment to reflect on him. I'm glad to see that his folks still have and continue to display his car in his name.
This is the first time I remember seeing his head stone and I'm lost for words as to the feelings it brings.
