Anybody know who's truck this is?

I'm guessing they are a Hamb alliance member based on the firewall. Wanted to ask them a few questions about the truck.

I believe he's from Kentucky. I've seen this truck at Beatersville (Louisville, late May) several years and it's every bit up close and personal as it appears in the photo.
