Pics of 1/4 elliptical fronts .... please

    I did search I got 3 results . No pics of front setups. Sorry to be a PIA. But thanks for the heads up.

    Here's a picture of the set-up I put together. It's 2 12" spring packs made from 53 F100 front springs bolt into pockets welded to the bottom front of the frame. Rode very nice, had some handling issues(tire bounce at about 55-60mph) that I kind of attributed to having the shocks mounted too far back on the wishbone with the somewhat soft springs. Aother problem with the set-up is that it really made tie-rod placement a chore.

    Might want to take at look at this year's HAMB Drag pictures. The best example that I've seen was on the front end of the barebones roadster with the Stutz Bearcat section behind the seats.

  7. do two searches one for elips and one for eliptical go back a year. I got several.
    This get revisited about every so often, if you find a rear it is the same principal as the front.

    you might also look in the tech section.
