Customs Smooth tail light lens for 49-50 Shoebox

Anyone recall the manufacturer of the aftermarket lenses which made the Smooth tail light lens for 49-50 Shoebox? One of my cracked and I can't remember where they came from. I know I have seen them mentioned, and I have searched the sight, but to no avail.
