Help identifying steering wheel!

Anyone know what this wheel came out of? Got it at the swap meet but can't seem to find what make/year it is.

What type of hub does it have? Splined or taper with a key?

 

Splines, I think it may be 40 Merc.

'40 Fords were tapered and keyed, I'll hazard a guess the Merc's were too. I'll go out on a limb and guess late 50's Olds cheap body.
