I would really like to see some wheel / tire combos for 1931 Chevys or Fords.

Can't get much more traditional than Kelsy Hayes 16" wires.

Which car are you building, what style etc.

 

I think I might just be in love...

 

I am building a 1931 5 window Chevy coupe. Maybe a 'resto-rod'; no body modifications. 305 CID, 350th ******, full fendered, lowered on all four corners.

I'm going to the Springfield swap meet Friday & Saturday and might find something there if I can make up my mind before that.

Twobit: Looks like the roadster above is @ 30--31. Imagine that as your coupe! Add a set of chevy wires or even later steelies with small hubcaps. Sittin right with wires sounds mighty good to me!!!!

 

My Dad's '31, '35 Ford wheels, 7.50's out back with 5.50's up front.
