What if you want to be a spectator and haven't sent money in advance? Can I just show up & pay when I enter?

 

Yes.

And usually there is an area just outside the pit area where members of the HAMB can park their rides in an area together. I do not know that this is planned for this year but it will be easy to figure out once you are there.
