I got a 4 deuce set up from nw speed and finally got a chance to get everything togather to start my new motor and when the fuel pump came on the carbs flooded to the point of comming out of the breather on one and leaking out of the top on another. why? the fuel pressure was no more than 6psi.

Never start a new engine with more than one carb, unless you know all is perfect. Many an engine has been ruined by too much fuel!!! Where did you buy the 4 carb setup?...............OLDBEET

You might consider getting an electric fuel pump and putting fuel to each one on the bench before trying them on the motor again. Check floats - make sure they are set right and that the needles and seats are OK too.
