New Holley Weber carb with an air cleaner. Never run I know these are used on stovebolts and ford inlines with good results. I think this was an aftermarket version since it does not have any Motorcraft or other manufacturer type marks on it (except Holley). List 6549. Air cleaner is about 6 1/2" OD. $125 plus shipping.
