Projects Garage Find; 1947 Modernistic Teardrop Trailer

Found this old Modernistic teardrop on vacation last month through a Craig's list ad. It was in storage for the last 35 years. They were built from 46 - 48, sold as a kit or built product out of California. My understanding is that this particular brand is quite desirable. Not quite sure of the plans for it yet. Should look good behind the Deuce....
