Hi all,...another newbie. Have been an artist for quite a while, but painting other things, but now I just paint whatever the hell I like. As with most here, started young just doodling on exercise book covers drawing dragsters and 32's etc. Have had a few cars over the years and want to get another soon, but for now I just paint 'em.
Really enjoy the art on display here, some really good stuff.

jigger - Love the hot rod attitude going on in your piece. This is an original scratched commission piece for a photographer friend who's building this to race.

Ah yes, a Morris J van. We used to use the third member out of these in our six cylinder dragster back in the 70's because they were aluminum and had 5.13 gears.

Stellar start to another great F.A.S.!

These are BARELY on topic in that the commissioner was the wife of a HAMBer (flat-foot) and she wanted something "hot rod" to give him that marked the birth of their new baby girl. She looked high and low but could not find ANYTHING "hot rod" for the baby, much less for a baby girl!
