Trying to clean my small shop a little. I will make someone a good deal on this stuff $50.00 plus shipping and you have to take it all
That is a rear sump pan? If so it will work for a 1949-53 Ford 302/5.0 swap as '54 and later use a front sump.
Oil pan is probably from a factory 302 Explorer as a 79-93 Mustang would be a double hump and they were never offered with an aluminum pan. The valve covers, however, are from the 87-93 Mustangs (both GT and LX 5.0's) From what I've seen while trying to build my 55 Customline with a 302, no.....that pan will not fit the stock frame/suspension.
The pan came off a 97 explorer crate engine, the valve covers are early mustang , forget what year. I thought they might work in a 52/53. I wanted the alum valve covers for my engine. That's before I found out that efi engines were different.
